Geography (Bachelor of Science)
To follow my interests and curiosities which I developed during my childhood and school times, I chose to study Geography at the University of Bonn. What still fascinates me about the subject, now as then, is the broad thematical range, the interface between the (physical) world and humans and their interrelations at different spatial scales.
While my interests were not completely clear at the beginning of my studies, I found my passion quickly and, henceforth, emphasized my studies on methods of geoinformatics related to sustainability and environment in different projects. This thematic-methodological combination was so enjoyable to me that I applied and solidified my knowledge and skills in internships and working student positions in the field.
